1. Who handles your information

BidCore (bidcore.wenshuotech.cn), the Mingcheng mini program and our other products have their own privacy policies.

2. What we collect

• Your Wenshuo account email or mobile number: the email address or mainland China mobile number you enter when you verify on this site (for example to add us on WeCom or to get a document). Both can be linked to one account that works across the whole site.
• Account records: when you signed up, when you last visited, your page language, and what you have received and from which page.
• Sign-in records: when you signed in, how (phone or email), your device type (worked out from your browser, for example “Windows · Chrome”) and your approximate city (looked up from your IP address offline on our own server; we keep only the city name, never the IP address).
• Email preferences: whether you have signed up for product update emails, and when you turned them on or off. They are off by default.
• Project records: if you hire us for a design, AI enablement or BidCore enterprise project, we keep the project name, stages, updates and deliverables on this site, together with the phone number or email you gave us for viewing the project.
• To prevent abuse, we briefly use your IP address to limit how often codes are sent. It is kept only as an irreversible hash in server memory for at most one hour and is never written to the database.
• This site uses no analytics, no ad tracking and no third-party cookies.

3. How we use it

• To send you a verification code by email or text message and confirm the address or number is yours;
• To let you use the same account to receive things across the site, such as our WeCom QR code;
• To talk with you about your enquiry after you add us on WeCom or write to us;
• To show your signed-in devices and recent sign-ins on your account page, so you can spot anything unusual;
• If you hire us for a project, to show its progress and deliverables on your account page and email you project updates when needed;
• If you have added an email address, to show your BidCore keys (masked), balance, monthly plans and orders on your account page;
• If you sign up on your account page, to send product updates to the email on your account (about once a month). You can unsubscribe at any time.

We will not send you marketing emails without your consent, and we never sell or rent your information.

4. Cookies and local storage

• After you verify, the site stores a sign-in cookie (ws_account) in your browser for 180 days. It works across pages on wenshuotech.cn and holds only a sign-in ID that matches one of the signed-in devices on your account page. You can sign out at any time on your account page or in the verification window, sign out any device or all devices on your account page, or clear your browser cookies.
• The site remembers your light or dark theme choice locally in your browser. This setting is never sent to us.

5. Processors and sharing

Verification emails are sent through our business email provider, and text messages through Tencent Cloud SMS. Other than that, we do not share your information with any third party unless the law requires it.

The BidCore website (bidcore.wenshuotech.cn) is also run by us. When your account page shows BidCore information, this site sends your email address to the BidCore website to look it up. The result is used only for that display and is not stored on this site.

6. How long we keep it

Your account, sign-in records, records and preferences are kept until you delete your account or ask us to. Deleting your account on your account page removes them immediately, and we delete them automatically if you do not come back for 24 months. We keep only your last 10 sign-ins, for at most 90 days; a sign-in ends when you sign out, when you sign that device out on your account page, or after 180 days. Project records are kept as the contract requires and deleted after it ends, unless the law requires us to keep them. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes; the hashes used for rate limits are kept for at most one hour.

7. Your rights

On your account page (www.wenshuotech.cn/en/me/) you can see your account information and sign-in records, sign out any device, add, change or remove your phone number and email, unsubscribe from emails, download your data, or delete your account at any time. For anything else, such as correcting your information or withdrawing consent, email contact@wenshuotech.com and we will respond within 15 working days.

8. Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. Children under 14 should not create a Wenshuo account.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date.
